Shopic is an AI start-up revolutionizing grocery retail with smart cart solutions. Based in Tel Aviv, we partner with major grocery chains worldwide. We're seeking a senior UX/UI Designer to join our Product Team and shape our solution with creative, precise and impactful design.

About The Role

  • Lead the UX/UI design process end-to-end
  • Deliver intuitive, seamless, and compelling user experiences
  • Be the product brand and Style Guide shaper & gatekeeper
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Developers to define, design, and deliver fantastic products
  • Answer customer requests and occasionally participate in commercial meetings

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5 years as a UI/UX Designer
  • At least three years in a consumer-oriented product company
  • Preference to designers with experience in designing multi-disciplinary products that expand beyond digital screens
  • Problem solver mentality: addressing complex use cases with simple and intuitive experiences
  • Ability to ingest and act on qualitative and quantitative user data (A/B testing, surveys, analytics tools, usability testing, etc.)
  • Independent, deadline-fanatic, open to feedback
  • Experienced in Figma
  • We will only consider candidates with a portfolio and/or live project samples
